Pillows / bed in the room were good, the staff helped with best place to park car & easy to talk to and friendly. Great location next to shopping area and lovely river side walk lined with some restaurants and pubs.

The breakfast is excellent, a very good choice of hot and cold foods and drinks, we were allowed breakfast containers for left overs. The swimming pool and sauna was lovely and assisted overall fitness, comfort and relaxation. The views over Gota alv (the river) is always pleasant. Staff are pleasant and attentive, we were given a kettle for the room as this was missing.

The staff was great and accommodating, very friendly team during breakfast. Efficient help. My room was located on the south east corner of the building which made it perfect for air circulation. Very clean. Could have had a deeper cleaning when the room was serviced, but not bad.

The staff were so friendly and really made us welcome, especially with the little extras like a kettle and sorting our bed. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable

Nice large and luxurious hotel in the middle of Trolhättan, a lovely small city in Sweden. We came with three peope and we got a spacious room.

Early check-in could be arranged after a little waiting time in the lobby - excellent service. I was allowed to use a rental bike for free.
