The staff was great and accommodating, very friendly team during breakfast. Efficient help. My room was located on the south east corner of the building which made it perfect for air circulation. Very clean. Could have had a deeper cleaning when the room was serviced, but not bad.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Nice staff. Many glutenfree products at the breakfast buffet. Would book the hotel again for short stays in the city of Trollhättan.

Early check-in could be arranged after a little waiting time in the lobby - excellent service. I was allowed to use a rental bike for free.

Very comfortable beds. Hotel nice and warm. Staff very helpful. Beautiful position and lovely restaurant overlooking the canal. Huge selection of food at breakfast.

Nice location, good breakfast and pool, gym and sauna available. The beds were comfortable and the room nice.

we had some noise complaints due to a large group that had just arrived. The personnel of the hotel has dealt with the issue accurately and accordingly.
